Sandy Riddell
Director

Following an extensive career in finance and general management Sandy joined FEAT in 1992 and has been our Director since 1995. He is a qualified accountant with experience in a wide range of industrial and commercial organisations which has given him a broad expertise in business development and support.


Russell Parker
Assistant Director

An honours graduate in marketing and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (Chartered Status) with a SVQ level 4 in Business Counselling, he has a wide range of Small Business experience, which includes setting up and running his own business. Russell is directly responsible for business development, managing our Small Business Gateway Focus on Growth programme and co-ordinating BP Loan fund applications. He also has overall responsibility for our Conference and Training Centre.


Eileen Elgie
Office Manager

Eileen has been with FEAT since 1989 and is responsible for the management of the general office and ensuring that all administration procedures are running smoothly. All departments within FEAT depend on her to keep the information systems and background tasks functioning, as they should.



Isabella Jarvie
Office Assistant

Manages and develops our client data base, producing reports and statistics. Deals with telephone enquiries to arrange appointments. Isabella has been with FEAT since 1991, she assists the Office Manager as required and is a qualified First Aider.



Caroline Reid
Office Assistant

Caroline joined the FEAT team in 1996 and is responsible for telephone and reception enquiries, making client appointments, inputting and updating our client information, word processing and various clerical functions to backup the management team.
