The main feature of this spacious room is the sophisticated multimedia display system which ensures that audio visual multimedia materials are used to their best advantage.

The room is equipped for all kinds of presentations with VHS Video, 35mm slides with carousel, computer display including live internet feed, overhead projector, sound amplifier and CCTV. A large screen and supplementary monitors can be used, providing CCTV links to another two rooms. Flip charts and white boards are supplied as standard equipment; the other facilities are available on request.

The room can be arranged to accommodate tables in any pattern to suit client requirements, exhibition stands or cinema style seating to a maximum of 90 people. Partitions can be set up to divide the top of the room into two additional syndicate areas.
